Corolla Hybrid
The 2026 Toyota Corolla Hybrid keeps its reputation for standout fuel economy, but this year's real story is the mix of added safety and cabin tech. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are now standard on all trims, giving every buyer a suite of advanced driver-assist features. Inside, the driver instrument display has been upgraded: the XLE is fitted with a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, while the LE and SE use a 7-inch unit. Thanks to Toyota’s fifth-generation hybrid system, this version of the benchmark Corolla sedan can provide up to 53 mpg in city driving. In addition, the Corolla Hybrid is the only hybrid vehicle in its class with available all-wheel drive (on select grades).
ToyotaCare is included with the 2026 Corolla Hybrid, which provides two years or 25,000 miles of scheduled maintenance, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, inspections, and fluid checks. Owners also receive two years of unlimited-mileage roadside assistance.

The 2026 Corolla Hybrid comes to you in three trim levels: LE, SE, and XLE. All use a 1.8-liter four-cylinder paired with Toyota’s latest hybrid-electric system and a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard, while the LE and SE can also be ordered with electronic all-wheel drive (AWD).
Fuel economy depends on the grade and drivetrain: the LE and XLE with FWD return 53 mpg in the city and 46 mpg on the highway, the SE is rated at 50 mpg around town and 43 mpg on the open road. With AWD, the LE carries fuel economy ratings of 51 city/44 highway and 47 city/41 highway for the SE. The Corolla Hybrid has 13.1 cubic feet of trunk space.
